Update (The One About Stuff)
I'm back from NY now. School is almost out. That is good.
Been working up a storm lately, financially and academically. SATs and AP tests were last week, but I've relaxed since then. If I don't make a good grade on the math test tomorrow I'll probably fail Algebra 2 (That = bad), but I'm confident things will go alright.
Been going to after school Yoga club with Christy, Naomi, and Elise. Beginning to feel like the class clown again. Sure miss Kouji these days tho...Good thing summer is coming up.
Kouji will be getting the Fiat soon it looks like. He seems pretty pleased about that. Heck, I know I would be. A convertable italian sports car? Can you say LUCKY. kawaii kawaii Kouji.
Meanwhile, over the past, what? Six weeks? I've saved up $606, and purchased my first (and hopefully last, if I remain sane) ball-joint doll. She's a Dolkot Leaf Navy version, if that makes any sense. I'll most certainly post some pics of her once she arrives. I'm sure that price seems pretty steep to most people, but when you see how pristine she is, you might realize how worth it a little money is. We artists can be a little silly this way. Compared to the beauty possessed by some things in God's vast creation, strips of green crinkled paper don't seem like much at all. That's why we spend so much of it on totally impractical knick-knacks and goodies. Practical as he is, I probably would of saved up unimaginable amounts of money if Kouji had to be bought. His beauty is far more than invaluable to me. I was extremely lucky, though. He came along with me for free :)
I haven't been reading a lot lately. I finished both Dark Elf Trilogy and Icewind Dale Trilogy. Both were really good books, in my opinion. I had to read Grapes of Wrath for school, which was dirtier and more communistic than I prefer my reading to be. Steinbeck must've been a pretty winy person, or perhaps a poor one. Rich successful people who know how to play the game never complain about capitalism. I'm pretty sure communism is no piece of corn-muffin either to some people, Steiny. And there were more books written about that, trust me. Life sucks at one point or another in any government. Get over it and get on with it. ;p
And THEN I made Colt Chorale again, we're singing the Whitacre Cloudburst (awesome), we watched Advent Children in Computer Multimedia class, Kouji's wrist bothered him really bad yesterday, I let my idea of cosplaying at Akon die, but I'm still going, and generally, I have a lot of things to remember. This weekend, if Kouji's going to be gone, I think I'll make him a little something of a costume, that way he'll have something at A-kon to wear. Cuz I know he'd just diiiiie if he couldn't wear anything special to A-kon.
TTFN.
